It’s Day 1. Time to get stuck in.
Start here with the first video to watch and a couple of short reflection questions. You can navigate to the next sessions at the bottom of each page. Every session should take around ten to fifteen minutes to complete, and we recommend setting aside a little time each day this week to work through the course.

Where do you already see complexity in your work?
Think about where in your work do you find that people, issues and outcomes are so intertwined and dependent on each other that you find it impossible to figure out what is really going on let alone start doing something about it.
Given that, what qualities would you want to see in a leadership team making decisions about those issues?
