How does it work?
- Expertly facilitated process to guide groups to alignment on their shared purpose, design of effective ways of working and identifying the everyday indicators of their success.
- Choose a format that works for your group, full day/half day, in person or online.
- Workshops are co-designed in the session meaning:
- maximum engagement with all participants
- an approach that works with teams and groups at all levels and of different forms, from board to delivery, and from long term units to new informal task groups.
- development is specific, contextualised and directly applied; delivered within a proven framework for reaching team insight, decision making and action.
- Build an in-depth intervention with successive workshops for resolving more complex performance issues. Combine with Focused Leaders for one-to-one performance development for even greater impact.

What’s included?
Each iteration of an Effective Teams workshop with Building20 includes:
- Pre-workshop codesign and narrative conversations with a selection of participants and key stakeholders
- Workshop delivery for up to 16 participants, fixed cost irrespective of format
- choose a whole day to build team connection, time for reflective pause and to clarify alignment. Or choose a rapid 3.5 hour session for an existing high trust team with a clear objective. Or choose something else that works just right for your team
- Face to face on your premises or at a venue of your choice (workshop cost does not include venue or hospitality costs or arrangements)
- Online event using Microsoft Teams with interactive functionality
- Quality output document communicating key insights, decisions and actions from the workshop.
